Associate Product Manager / Product Manager — Over-the-Road Visibility

FourKites is looking for an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager to join the Visibility team in Chennai or Remote, India, and own the flagship Over-the-Road portfolio covering Truckload, LTL, Parcel, and Last Mile. FourKites operates an AI-driven supply chain platform that helps major global enterprises optimize logistics, improve service efficiency, and build resilient networks. In this role, you will handle full product outcomes from day one rather than supporting tasks. A normal day involves exploring feature usage using SQL, building working prototypes with AI tools, analyzing adoption metrics in platforms like Pendo, talking directly with enterprise customers to understand logistics workflows, and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams across time zones to ship impactful features.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes for OTR modes including Truckload, LTL, Parcel, or Last Mile, focusing on tracking quality, ETA accuracy, and carrier coverage.
• Track and analyze adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs using usage data and customer feedback.
• Write SQL queries independently to explore feature usage and customer behavior without relying on analysts.
• Build working prototypes, internal tools, and quick analyses using AI coding tools like Claude and Cursor.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and join onboarding calls or support escalations to understand shipper and carrier workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams through scoping, development, and post-launch monitoring across time zones.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions teams on onboarding materials, release notes, and presales conversations.

Requirements

• For Associate Product Manager: 2 to 4 years of experience in product management or a related role, including BA, analyst, solutions, or implementation backgrounds in logistics tech.
• For Product Manager: 5+ years of experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product area and a track record of measurable business impact.
• Practical experience in supply chain or logistics understanding shipper pain points and carrier dynamics.
• Comfort working hands-on with data, including strong SQL skills and the ability to build data-driven stories.
• Proven use of AI tools to build prototypes, scripts, and internal tools beyond drafting documents.
• Strong customer engagement skills with experience running discovery calls and turning qualitative feedback into requirements.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones with significant overlap with US Central Time.

Good to have

• Experience with two or more of truckload, LTL, parcel, and last mile logistics.
• Prior work on SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs, or customer health scoring.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with agile development and working directly with engineering squads.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics, or another quantitative field.
