As an Associate Renewals Manager in India, you will own a book of customer renewals end-to-end. This is an individual-contributor, tactical role where you will follow established playbooks to retain and grow revenue while building skills for more complex accounts. A normal day involves tracking key renewal dates, having consultative conversations with customers to understand their product usage, identifying expansion opportunities, preparing accurate renewal quotes and order forms, and collaborating closely with internal teams like Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to keep renewals moving smoothly while maintaining up-to-date CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals and drive them to on-time closure.
• Conduct consultative conversations with customers to understand product usage and future needs.
• Identify and surface expansion opportunities such as additional seats, tiers, or modules.
• Prepare and send accurate renewal quotes, order forms, and documentation on schedule.
• Analyze moderately complex renewal situations and escalate unusual risks to senior team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for forecasting and reporting.
