The Associate Revenue Operations Manager, India at GitLab is an early-career role focused on building depth in sales systems and territory management within the APJ region. In this position, your normal day involves supporting cross-functional annual planning, helping maintain territory documentation, responding to account routing queries from the field, and assisting with recurring territory reporting. You will also maintain data hygiene and enrichment for regional accounts while partnering closely with sales leadership, Field Sales, and Revenue Strategy teams. This role provides structured onboarding and close guidance from senior team members to help you learn territory carving and account routing from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning activities for territory carving and deployment in Salesforce for the APJ region.
• Maintain and document territory operations processes, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Respond to account routing questions from the APJ field and escalate complex cases.
• Support recurring territory reporting and ad hoc analysis requests for sales leadership.
• Partner with regional sales and operations teams to understand coverage needs and surface process improvements.
• Assist the Sales Systems team with automation improvements tied to territory management.
• Support data hygiene and enrichment for APJ accounts using designated tools.
• Document questions, edge cases, and process gaps encountered during daily work.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in an operations, analytics, business support, or CRM-adjacent role.
• Based in the APJ region or able to maintain consistent overlap with APJ business hours.
• Working familiarity with Salesforce including navigating records, reports, and list views.
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets with skills like sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling data.
• Clear and concise written communication for asynchronous settings across time zones.
• Collaborative attitude with comfort in asking questions and working in a supported environment.
• Interest in learning sales operations systems and processes in a distributed setting.

Good to have

• Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple APJ countries or working with multilingual account data.
• Exposure to data enrichment or data quality tools like RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, or Openprise.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or coursework in progress.
