- Participate in on-call and incident response while turning learnings into architectural improvements.
- Shape technical direction across teams and partner with leadership on platform roadmaps.
- Mentor senior and intermediate engineers to raise the technical capability of the wider team.
- Lead team-level adoption of AI-assisted and agentic workflows with proper security and quality guardrails.
