A normal day involves handling customer interactions via email and live chat with empathy and professionalism, issuing legal notices and collections documentation, managing shared inboxes within SLAs, updating internal CRM systems, and supporting back-office processes, reports, and trackers while complying with internal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage frontline collections operations for customer accounts in arrears and repayment enquiries.
• Support customers through email and live chat channels with accurate and empathetic assistance.
• Handle vulnerability and financial hardship processes for customers in difficulty.
• Issue legal notices and collections documents following regulatory and company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and case notes in CRM tools.
• Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely resolution of customer emails within SLA.
• Collaborate with internal teams and prepare collections reports and trackers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in frontline collections operations in FinTech, banking, lending, or financial services.
• Understanding of arrears management, collections strategies, and repayment journeys.
• Experience handling customers via email and live chat.
• Familiarity with supporting vulnerable customers and financial hardship processes.
• Experience using CRM or case management systems.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with attention to detail.
