The company is seeking a strategic Corp FP&A - Financial Analyst for its Bengaluru location to join the Global Finance Team. In this role, you will act as a trusted finance partner to leadership, helping shape the company's financial future and driving operational excellence. A normal day involves leading budgeting and forecasting, building financial data models, performing variance analysis, preparing executive-level presentations, and leveraging technology and AI to improve process efficiency. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, providing crucial financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A leaders and management teams to deliver actionable insights on performance and business drivers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting with variance analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business reviews for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and business scenarios.
• Perform structured and ad hoc analyses to identify trends and evaluate scenarios.
• Drive process improvements by leveraging technology, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally in the software or payments industry.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven setting.
• Strong grounding in accounting fundamentals and scenario planning.
• Knowledge of tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar planning and budgeting tools, plus SaaS metrics and financial KPIs.

• Basics of Python programming skillset.
