Bottomline, a global leader in business payments and cash management with over 35 years of experience moving trillions in payments annually, is seeking a Cyber GRC Manager in India. In this role, reporting to the Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Senior Director, you will partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams. You will serve as a strategic leader responsible for strengthening and maturing information security, risk, and compliance programs, leading client assurance initiatives, and guiding a team of GRC professionals. A normal day involves leading governance frameworks, overseeing risk registers and assessments, driving audit readiness, handling client security engagements, mentoring team members, and evaluating emerging risks associated with Artificial Intelligence to support responsible organizational adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the information security governance program including policies, standards, and controls aligned with frameworks like SWIFT, NACHA, PCI DSS, NIST, and GLBA.
- Manage the cyber risk management program by overseeing risk registers, risk assessments, treatment plans, executive reporting, and risk acceptance decisions.
- Lead compliance activities, assessments, audit readiness, and remediation efforts to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Oversee customer security and compliance engagements, due diligence reviews, security questionnaires, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Cyber GRC professionals by establishing priorities and managing performance.
- Lead the evaluation and governance of Artificial Intelligence technologies and risks, establishing AI risk assessment practices and supporting responsible adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, cybersecurity, technology or equivalent.
Good to have
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CGRC, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry frameworks including SWIFT, NACHA, PCI DSS, NIST, and GLBA.
- Experience with AI governance frameworks, AI risk management, and emerging regulatory requirements related to Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities within security, risk, and compliance programs.
