Nivoda is looking for a Finance Associate to join their Financial Operations team in Mumbai on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced, global finance group working during night hours from 7 PM IST to 3 AM IST, Monday through Saturday. Your main focus will be supporting supplier invoice reviews and handling payment reconciliations using NetSuite. A typical day involves checking and validating incoming invoices, recording them accurately in the system, matching payments, clearing allocations, and clearing up any discrepancies with the help of the operations and finance teams. You will also help with month-end accounts payable reconciliations and gain great exposure to large-scale financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate incoming supplier invoices for accuracy and policy compliance
• Process and record supplier invoices accurately in NetSuite
• Reconcile supplier payments and allocations for timely clearing
• Investigate and resolve any invoice or payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to clear issues
• Assist with month-end accounts payable reconciliations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Fresher or 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good to have

• Prior experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
