At Nivoda, a company building the premier B2B marketplace for the jewelry and diamond industry, the Jewellery PD Executive plays a vital role in managing the complete lifecycle of jewelry collections. This role acts as a crucial link between CAD designers, global merchant teams, and factory floor operations to ensure every design is structurally feasible, optimally costed, and meets export-grade standards. A normal day for a Jewellery PD Executive in Mumbai involves managing end-to-end order execution and timelines, raising CADs and purchase orders with manufacturers, reviewing CAD files, calculating quotations, and coordinating closely with quality control and logistics partners. Team members handle exception management such as remakes and repairs with a process-driven approach, maintain accurate real-time visibility of active orders, calculate accurate product costing, and manage digital inventory, Bills of Materials, and technical specifications within ERP platforms to build clear operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order timelines across various order types.
• Raise CADs and POs with manufacturers while reviewing CAD files and calculating quotations.
• Handle remakes, repairs, resizing, and order modifications using a structured approach.
• Coordinate daily with CAD designers and partner factories to ensure structural and manufacturing feasibility.
• Calculate product costing and compare or lock pricing against the master product list.
• Manage and maintain digital inventory, BOMs, CAD libraries, and technical specifications in ERP platforms.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Product Development, Production, or Merchandising within a fine jewellery manufacturing setup.
• In-depth technical understanding of gold and platinum metallurgy, diamond assorting, wax finishing, shrinkage, and international hallmarking standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong proficiency in MS Excel and Jewellery ERP software experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and a mindset of taking 100% ownership.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Proactive mindset to flag issues before they escalate and solve problems effectively.

Good to have

• Experience with automation tools or working with product and tech teams to build operational workflows.
• Prior work experience specifically within the SEEPZ Mumbai export ecosystem.
• A Diploma or Degree in Jewellery Manufacturing, Design, or Gemology such as GIA, IIG, or IGI.
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD software like Rhino, Matrix, or MatrixGold.
• Experience handling Lab-Grown Diamonds or catering to US and EU B2B requirements.
