As a Manager for Network Operations based in Mumbai, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing and new partners. In this position, you will handle operational support, technical integrations, compliance processes, and escalations while driving process enhancements. Your typical day will involve addressing daily payment processing issues, analyzing performance data and payment trends, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, resolving tickets, and planning service reviews with partner banks to ensure smooth and efficient transactional services.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational issues and challenges regarding payment processing with network partners.
- Resolve assigned BAU tickets completely and handle escalations while devising root-cause fixes.
- Analyze payment processing trends, patterns, and partner performance data to share regular insights.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive payment speed, efficiency, and automation.
- Monitor partner bank updates, new features, and critical incidents.
- Plan and organize periodic service meetings with partner banks.
- Engage in special projects and evaluate engagement areas to uncover new partnership potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6 to 9 years of experience in the banking or finance industry.
- Broad knowledge of payments products such as SWIFT, ACH, payment gateways, instant transfers, APIs, and SFTP.
- Strategic mindset with a willingness to solve business and technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to investigate, understand, and resolve daily operational issues.
- Problem-solving skills suited for a complex environment.
