Nium is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst for Client Servicing in Mumbai to support enterprise clients in the US region during night shifts. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service. A normal day as a Senior Analyst at Nium involves handling client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, assisting with new client onboarding, communicating product updates, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating closely with internal teams like Operations, Compliance, Product, and Tech to resolve escalations and meet client goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients and resolve their queries.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Assist with new client onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing support.
- Communicate product updates, enhancements, and gather client feedback.
- Track client performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to boost retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Compliance, Product, and Tech to manage escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in client servicing.
- Experience preferably within B2B or Enterprise payments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good empathy and active listening abilities.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work US shifts (7 PM to 7 AM IST).
