As an Order Processing Analyst based in India, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the order and billing lifecycle. The team focuses on delivering impactful results for customers while driving innovation and growth in business payments. A normal day in this role involves reviewing and setting up customer contracts into systems of record, handling invoicing execution, managing internal mailboxes for manual invoice interventions, maintaining client details, and triggering contract commencement dates in CRM and ERP systems. You will also reconcile billing results to control totals, coordinate with billing teams to ensure invoice accuracy, support month-end and quarter-end close activities, and work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve order discrepancies efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Review and setup customer contracts into systems of record
- Execute accounting control points around invoicing and order processing
- Manage the internal mailbox for invoices requiring manual intervention
- Maintain client purchase orders, addresses, and contact details
- Trigger contract commencement dates in CRM and ERP systems
- Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of orders in the billing platform
- Coordinate with billing teams for invoice accuracy and recurring billing setup
- Work with sales and operations to resolve order discrepancies
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn systems and processes within a public company internal control environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Accounting
- 5+ years relevant experience in Order Management and Billing
