Fever, the global live entertainment and culture technology platform, is hiring a Partner Associate (Mornings) in Mumbai. Fever uses proprietary technology and data to democratize access to culture, helping event creators scale and inspiring millions to discover unforgettable experiences. In this full-time role working from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, you will manage the complete lifecycle of major events from the signing of the commercial contract through final closing. As the main link between event organizers and internal teams, your typical day involves coordinating departmental tasks to meet deadlines, communicating product needs to HQ, documenting project requirements, maintaining user support Q&As, and occasionally visiting event sites during launches or key dates. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting by keeping everything organized, aligned, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of big events from post-commercial contract signing to final closing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Drive processes on time by coordinating and managing tasks across other departments.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A documentation to assist the user support team with potential incidences.
• Ensure all project goals have the necessary documentation and requirements fulfilled.
• Provide on-site presence during event launches or other important dates as required.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a project management role, partner management, or consulting background.
• Degree qualified with a project management background.
• Fluent level of English.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused mindset with the ability to identify problems and create resolution plans.
• Ability to handle large workloads and parallel work-streams in an ambiguous environment.

Good to have

• Prior event experience.
• Proficiency in languages other than English.
• Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong academic background.
