Product Manager
About this job
Weave is hiring a Product Manager to lead Call Intelligence within the Analytics domain. In this role, you will help healthcare practices convert more inbound calls into appointments, enhance staff performance, and increase revenue by transforming call data, transcripts, and AI-generated insights into impactful products. You will oversee strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution while collaborating closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams operating in a distributed environment across India and the United States. A typical day involves engaging in customer and stakeholder discovery, defining product roadmaps, partnering with technical teams to ship analytics and AI-assisted workflows, analyzing product metrics, and communicating clearly with cross-functional teams to drive execution and remove ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Call Intelligence.
- Understand healthcare practice workflows regarding inbound calls, appointments, and coaching.
- Lead discovery sessions with customers and internal teams to drive product decisions.
- Partner with engineering, data, ML, and design teams to launch reliable analytics workflows.
- Enhance activation, adoption, and retention through instrumentation and experiments.
- Make balanced technical and product trade-offs across data quality, usability, and speed.
- Align distributed teams via clear written communication and outcome-driven planning.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, analytics, AI/ML, or workflow software.
- Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing products from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Strong data fluency using SQL, product analytics, dashboards, and quantitative analysis.
- Experience defining product metrics and evaluating experiments connected to business outcomes.
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI/ML system limits.
- Ability to work closely with engineering and data teams in cross-time-zone settings.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to structure ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution without formal authority.
Good to have
- Experience building healthtech, dental, practice-management, contact-center, or voice products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, speech analytics, LLMs, or conversational systems.
- Understanding of frontline workflows where trust, accuracy, and speed affect revenue.
- Experience with SMB SaaS go-to-market, pricing, packaging, adoption, or retention.
- Experience working with teams split between India and the United States.
Who should apply
This role suits product professionals with solid experience in B2B SaaS, analytics, or AI/ML who excel at turning complex data into user-friendly workflows.
