Join the Talent Acquisition team at Weave as a Recruiting Coordinator for the US shift, operating remotely within India. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping the company scale by managing all aspects of the interview scheduling process. Weave is a growing organization that relies on an efficient hiring pipeline to expand its workforce. A normal day in this role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System, supporting recruiters with top-of-funnel sourcing, and ensuring a smooth, positive end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. You will work US hours from 8:30 pm to 4:30 am IST and report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, utilizing your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to keep the hiring process running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Manage an effective scheduling process for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews using Ashby.
• Maintain accuracy in the Application Tracking System by moving candidates, tracking feedback, and handling sensitive information.
• Deliver a positive end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact to final stages.
• Support recruiters with top-of-funnel activities like sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work US hours (8:30 pm IST to 4:30 am IST).
• Possess outstanding communication, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Embrace change with a positive attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity.

Good to have

• Experience scheduling in a high-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience using Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Software.
• Experience building relationships and trust with stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
