AlphaSense India is hiring a Product Manager I for a remote role. AlphaSense is a leading market intelligence and search platform driven by proven AI, helping thousands of enterprise customers remove uncertainty from decision-making using public and private content. The Content organization handles the sourcing, integration, and licensing of structured and unstructured data, experiencing rapid growth across content sets like Transactions and Funding Rounds. As a Product Manager I, your normal day involves taking functional ownership of the Transactions content pipeline, conducting proofs of concept with engineering, leading team meetings, tracking industry trends, and acting as an escalation point for data integrity and methodology issues. You will collaborate closely with engineering and stakeholders to launch new content into the market successfully, ensuring high standards of data integrity and operational efficiency while supporting company growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage functional ownership of the Transactions content pipeline components, including M&A deals and Funding Rounds.
- Conduct proofs of concept with engineering to optimize costs, automation, and timelines for implementation and operations.
- Lead regular team meetings and performance reviews to track progress, resolve challenges, and support growth.
- Contribute to market launches by creating announcements, marketing collateral, documentation, and training materials.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving data integrity and methodology issues.
- Monitor industry trends and provide competitive intelligence to shape the product vision.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in content strategy, product, or operations related to financial data.
- At least 5 years of product or process managerial experience.
- Expertise in investment research, analysis, company valuation techniques, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on leadership in designing and maintaining production-grade reference database frameworks.
- Proficiency with database query languages like SQL or Claude Code.
- Demonstrated success in delivering content using iterative or agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and priority-setting abilities in a fast-paced environment.
