WPP, a trusted growth partner for leading global brands, is seeking a Project Manager to support and deliver transformation projects and initiatives for Technology Operations across the APAC region. WPP unites media intelligence, creativity, production, and data solutions using its agentic marketing platform, WPP Open. In this role, reporting to the regional Portfolio Management Office, you will apply standardized project management methodologies, robust stakeholder engagement, and portfolio governance. A normal day involves overseeing transformation and run projects, leading project planning and demand forecasting, resolving prioritization challenges, collaborating with infrastructure and operations teams, and maintaining consistent progress reporting using Wrike while adhering to global standards and regional priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver transformation and run projects using Global TechOps Portfolio Office best practices.
- Lead project planning and demand forecasting integrated with portfolio governance frameworks.
- Resolve project prioritization challenges and conflicting demands within the PMO portfolio.
- Embed global Strategy & Transformation tools and execute programs via the Transformation Delivery Lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Heads of Infrastructure, End User Services, and Modern Workplace.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across WPP agencies and central functions.
- Support regional mergers, acquisitions, and divestments requirements aligned with global processes.

- Strong project and program delivery experience utilizing multiple methods including agile delivery.
- Strong understanding of technology operations, digital innovation, and enterprise IT governance.
- Demonstrated success in leading change and adoption at scale.
