H1 is seeking a Research Analyst to join its team in Hyderabad. H1 aims to ensure access to the best healthcare information globally, building trust in healthcare systems and promoting health equity through data and AI technology. The data team works with thousands of global sources to build a comprehensive knowledge base of healthcare stakeholders. In this full-time role, a normal day involves maintaining data coverage dashboards, becoming a subject matter expert on clinical trial and conference data, validating data quality as a data steward, creating and maintaining HCPs and HCOs from various sources, and performing secondary research to synthesize and structure information. You will also collaborate with team members across India and the United States, follow process guidelines, handle data collection, and escalate exceptional scenarios when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a dashboard of data coverage across data assets
• Become a subject matter expert related to conference and clinical trial data
• Understand regional conference data and support its collection
• Operate as a data steward to validate and ensure data quality and completeness
• Collaborate with team members located in the United States and India
• Create and maintain HCPs and HCOs using data from multiple sources
• Use secondary research to gather, synthesize, organize, and present information in a structured manner
• Identify exceptional scenarios and escalate them appropriately

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in secondary research within healthcare or life sciences data collection, interpretation, and organization
• Expert understanding of the data collection process
• Graduate in any life science degree with exposure to research, analysis, and content writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel preferred
