As a Site Reliability Engineer at DeepIntent in Pune, India, you will work on maintaining and scaling the technical infrastructure that supports their healthcare marketing solutions. Your team focuses on ensuring applications meet high standards of reliability and performance across a microservices architecture. A normal day in this role involves setting up and managing Kubernetes clusters, writing automation scripts in Bash or Python, handling AWS services, and configuring monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana. You will also collaborate closely with development teams to build continuous integration and deployment pipelines, manage containerized applications using Docker, and optimize MySQL, Redis, and Airflow instances. Additionally, you will perform Linux administration tasks, apply infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible, and ensure network load balancing is running smoothly to support the platform's daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters for microservices.
• Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Git, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Docker.
• Knowledge of AWS services, MySQL, Airflow, Redis, and AWS CDN.
• Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
• Hands-on Linux administration experience.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, networking principles, and load balancing.
• Intermediate database administrator skills and experience with distributed data sources.

Good to have

• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with data center operations.
