The Data Client Support Analyst role at Addepar in Pune involves handling client inquiries about portfolio data feeds and product functionalities while ensuring customers maximize value from their data. Working within the Data Management & Quality organization, your normal day requires daily communication with clients, data providers, and internal teams to resolve issues. You will investigate reported bugs, manage internal requests requiring client outreach, and collaborate with account managers on data escalations. Addepar is a global data and AI platform that unifies portfolio, market, and client data for investment professionals globally. Please note that the working schedule for this position is from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST on US business days, and applicants must have legal authorization to work locally without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries regarding portfolio data feeds and data product functionalities within SLAs
• Manage requests from internal Data teams needing client outreach and action for data verification
• Investigate client-reported bugs and data processing issues and triage with Engineering and Product
• Partner with Account Managers and Solutions Architects to drive alignment on data escalations
• Participate in multi-org projects to improve internal processes and company initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in the financial investment or advisory industry
• Solid understanding of capital markets, portfolio accounting, and customer relationship management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivation to take on responsibility with a strong team-player mentality
• Proactive and diligent in documenting processes and optimizing workflows
• Willingness to work flexible hours including the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST schedule
• Legal authorization to work in the country on the first day of employment

Good to have

• Familiarity with MS Suite, Salesforce, and Atlassian
• Experience using SQL
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other financial services systems
