As a Salesforce Field Service & Service Cloud Solution Architect at Riveron in Pune, you will design, configure, and manage scalable Salesforce solutions that bridge business goals with deep platform capabilities. In your daily routine, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, map complex processes, and write user stories. You will lead end-to-end architecture design for Service Cloud and Field Service modules, oversee system integrations, and build custom automation using Apex and Flows. Your day also involves troubleshooting production issues, managing deployments, coordinating with QA teams, and providing subject matter expertise on case management, dispatching, and mobile workforce optimization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to analyze complex processes and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Architect Service Cloud and Field Service capabilities to improve support visibility and workforce productivity.
- Design and implement custom automation using Flows, Apex, triggers, and validation rules.
- Lead cross-functional discussions with business, support, QA, and IT stakeholders.
- Manage technical architecture across data models, security, integrations, and deployment readiness.
- Provide expert guidance on Service Cloud features like omnichannel routing, entitlements, and knowledge management.
- Provide expert guidance on Field Service features like work orders, scheduling, and mobile enablement.
Requirements
- Strong background as a Functional Solution Architect and Business Systems Analyst.
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud SME functions such as case management and service consoles.
- Expertise in Field Service Lightning SME features including work orders, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Hands-on Salesforce development skills including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Experience with system integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware connectivity.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, security model design, and governance frameworks.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, document user stories, and perform gap analysis.
