The company is looking for a Sr. Solution Configurator to join its growing Solution Configurator team within the Centre of Excellence in Pune, India. In this role, you will report to the Solution Configurator Manager and ensure that the platform used for customer and prospect demonstrations is equipped with relevant use cases, demo stories, and rich data. A normal day involves utilizing the technical capabilities and flexibility of the Ivalua platform, collaborating with Solution Experts to implement specific source-to-pay use cases, and delivering high-quality solutions on time to support the global Solution Consulting operations.
Responsibilities
- Leverage the technical capability of the Ivalua platform to help Solution Consultants show platform value
- Collaborate with Solution Experts to implement S2P use cases like Procure to Pay and Sourcing to Contracts
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions based on different requirements
- Maintain a platform packed with relevant use cases, demo stories, and rich data for customer demos
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across different global teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, database management, workflow, and ETL configuration
- BE, BTech, or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and listen attentively to colleagues
Good to have
- Experience with procurement processes and procurement software solutions
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Practical experience building, testing, or maintaining in-house AI platforms
