As a Staff Technical Program Manager within the CorpPMO Product and Program Strategy Team at Netskope in India, you will oversee a broad portfolio of engineering, infrastructure, and compliance programs delivered across the Netskope Security Cloud stack. A normal day in this role involves managing large cross-functional and multi-geo programs, organizing sprint planning meetings, tracking sprint development, coordinating dependencies across teams, managing project risks, and working closely with organization leadership to ensure the timely delivery of strategic initiatives. You will also interface with business owners for program requirements, manage resource allocations and budgets, use AI tools to augment workflows, and drive continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large cross-functional software engineering and/or infrastructure programs in a matrix organization.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams located in multiple geographies.
• Organize sprint planning meetings, gather estimates from Dev Leads, and prioritize sprint tasks with product managers.
• Track sprint development, ensure milestones are met, and communicate status updates or raise flags for delayed features.
• Develop and manage end-to-end program and project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform risk management and change management across projects.
• Interface with business owners to establish program requirements, scope, and execution of roadmaps.

Requirements

• Typically has 15+ years of industry experience with 10+ years of program management experience.
• Broad and deep knowledge of enterprise networking, security technologies, and cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with public cloud, FedRAMP, and security compliance.
• Proven track record of delivering Enterprise SaaS products and/or infrastructure and compliance programs.
• Experience with Agile development processes and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in creating and tracking complex development schedules using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Availability to work late hours in the evening and night to support programs with primary stakeholders in US PST.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with release management in a large, production cloud environment.
• PMI certification.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, Rovo, and Gemini to build process and workflow improvements.
