As the Supply Chain (Manufacturing) Strategy and Transformation Director, you will act as a strategic leader and subject matter expert within the Integrated Business Applications organization. You will sit at the go-to-market intersection involving product management, enablement, sales, professional services, customer success, and partners. Your role blends supply chain and manufacturing expertise with application architecture and consultative selling. A normal day involves supporting go-to-market teams across various deal stages from demand generation to implementation, collaborating with product and AI teams on application design, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives, and acting as an industry thought leader.
Responsibilities
- Partner with go-to-market teams to integrate Supply Chain Enterprise Planning Applications into sales motions.
- Create knowledge-sharing assets such as training materials, ROI insights, executive presentations, and enablement programs.
- Support complex sales opportunities as a technical, process, and architectural expert through remote and onsite engagements.
- Gather field insights from customer interactions and provide structured feedback to product management for roadmap priorities.
- Represent Anaplan as a thought leader at industry events and produce content like whitepapers and high-impact use cases.
- Collaborate with the competitive intelligence team to sharpen battlecards and improve competitive positioning.
Requirements
- More than a decade of experience in the supply chain planning space.
- Demonstrable understanding of Anaplan’s platform or similar EPM, enterprise planning, and supply and demand planning solutions.
- Deep domain knowledge of strategic, operational, and headcount-level supply and demand planning processes and best practices.
- Understanding of product management, enablement, and go-to-market operations.
- Proven experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Background working in the manufacturing industry, ideally directly before transitioning to SaaS or enterprise software.

- Prior direct work experience within a manufacturing company before moving into enterprise software or SaaS.
