As a Team Leader for LRM in Aligarh, you will represent the brand, sell products or services, and manage customer relationships as the main point of contact from lead outreach to final purchase. In this role, your normal day will involve growing distribution and market share in assigned rural areas, driving sales of financial and cross-sell products, and identifying, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring the sales team of Field Sales Executives. You will also plan geographies, monitor quality parameters, conduct audits on sales and acquisitions, and ensure your team is actively working in the market to meet business targets.
Responsibilities
- Grow distribution and market share in the assigned rural area of operations.
- Drive visibility and accountability through the sale of financial products.
- Identify, recruit, coach, and mentor the sales team of Field Sales Executives.
- Plan market size, span, and geographies for the sales team.
- Devise communication methods for plans and targets to minimize the expectations versus delivery gap.
- Monitor quality parameters and validate audits on team acquisitions and sales.
- Ensure team members are regularly active in the market for sales and usage.
- Sell cross-sell and upgrade products such as Merchant Loans, Personal Loans, and Gold SIPs.
