Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, is hiring a Team Leader for LRM in Deoria. The organization builds technologies to assist small businesses with commerce and payments, aiming to bring half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy. In this role, you will represent the brand, sell products or services, and manage customer relationships from initial outreach to final purchase. A normal day involves growing market share and distribution in assigned rural areas, recruiting and coaching a sales team of Field Sales Executives (FSE), planning market geographies, auditing sales and acquisitions, and monitoring quality parameters. You will also drive the sale of financial and cross-sell products such as merchant loans, personal loans, and gold SIPs to both new and existing merchants while ensuring your team is actively working in the market.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share and distribution in assigned rural areas.
• Drive sales of financial and cross-sell products like merchant loans, personal loans, and gold SIPs.
• Identify, recruit, and plan geographies for the sales team of Field Sales Executives (FSE).
• Coach, mentor, and train allocated manpower.
• Validate and conduct audits on team acquisitions and sales.
• Monitor management-suggested quality parameters and ensure team field presence.
• Devise communication methods for plans and targets to minimize expectation gaps.

Requirements

• Graduate or above, with post-graduation preferred.
• Ability to grow distribution and market share in rural operations.
• Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and quick learning.
• Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively in the specified area.
• Good understanding of lending products.
• Accountability and visibility through financial product sales.
