Responsibilities
- Grow distribution and market share in the assigned rural area

- Identify, recruit, and train the sales team to drive business
- Plan market size, span, and geographies for the field sales executives
- Devise communication methods for plans and targets to minimize expectation gaps
- Monitor quality parameters and validate audits on team acquisitions and sales
- Ensure team members are active in the market for regular sales and usage
- Sell cross-sell products like Merchant Loans, Personal Loans, and Gold SIPs
