Associate Project Manager - Quantitative Research

Inizio Ignite, a global advisory partner for health and life sciences, is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Quantitative Research to join their Research Partnership team in Gurugram. The company delivers connected expertise across advisory, insights, and innovation to support healthcare decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects, setup, and execution of fieldwork and data collection to ensure successful project completion. A normal day involves sourcing and negotiating costs with external suppliers, coordinating project timelines and meetings, managing data processing tasks, handling invoicing and Statements of Work, and collaborating with internal research teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate commercially advantageous costs from suppliers and panel providers for project proposals.
• Oversee the smooth running of fieldwork management and ensure successful handover of deliverables to the research team.
• Coordinate Data Processing work and deliverables based on provided specifications and templates.
• Own and update project timelines with internal research, client, and supplier stakeholders.
• Coordinate client and supplier Statements of Work and manage purchase orders and invoicing with the finance team.
• Handle Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event reporting.
• Own specific sub-topics as a member of a department Pillar.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in market research project management within quantitative research.
• Experience managing healthcare market research projects.
• Knowledge of the fieldwork agency landscape.
• Strong project management skills including timeline adherence and troubleshooting.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
