Inizio Ignite is seeking a Senior Executive in Project Management to join its global life sciences and pharmaceutical organisation in Gurugram, India. Operating across the STEM Healthcare and Research Partnership divisions, the company delivers strategic insights, market research, and performance solutions for global biotech, pharma, and medtech clients. In this full-time role, you will be part of a dynamic, multinational environment focused on improving human health. A normal day in this position involves costing and overseeing fieldwork setup, managing data collection, coordinating project timelines with internal and external stakeholders, handling supplier negotiations, and supporting department initiatives. You will also manage invoice processes, ensure smooth project deliverables handovers, and contribute proactive ideas to improve overall operational efficiency within the project management function.
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and obtain commercially advantageous costs from external suppliers and panel providers for research proposals.
- Oversee the smooth running of fieldwork management and update suppliers on quote statuses.
- Coordinate Data Processing work and deliverables based on provided specifications.
- Own and update project timelines with internal research, client, and supplier stakeholders.
- Coordinate project team meetings, Statements of Work, and Pharmacovigilance reporting.
- Manage client and supplier invoices, purchase orders, and liaison with the finance team.
- Support team initiatives as a member of one of the departmental pillars.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in quantitative market research project management.
- Prior experience managing healthcare market research projects.
- Knowledge of the fieldwork agency landscape.
- Strong project management skills including timeline adherence and troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
