In this full-time role, you will build internal tools, integrations, automations, and custom software to support teams like Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, and the Founders' Office. A normal day involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand challenges, determining the appropriate technical approach, developing the solution, and taking complete ownership of the system from rollout to ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to analyze problems and spot opportunities for tooling and automation.
- Develop and maintain internal applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Choose between building custom software or leveraging existing tools.
- Implement AI tools and APIs to solve business challenges effectively.
- Translate loosely defined requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Take full ownership of projects from initial definition to post-launch maintenance.
