As a Senior Product Designer at EarnIn in Bengaluru, you will focus on building creative assets that support financial flexibility for everyday workers living paycheck to paycheck. Your day-to-day work involves designing clean website and landing page user interfaces, producing digital ad creatives, and editing short videos. You will frequently incorporate AI tools and prompt engineering into your daily workflow to speed up content creation, build reusable templates, and rapidly iterate on campaign ideas. Working in a hybrid setup with two days on-site, you will help shape the next chapter of growth by maintaining brand consistency, testing creative variations using performance data, and staying updated on emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design clean website and landing page UI concepts
- Create digital ad images and graphics for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Edit and produce short videos for advertising and social media content
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance and accelerate design output
- Build reusable prompts, modular inputs, and templates for scalable content creation
- Iterate rapidly on campaign ideas and refresh evergreen assets
- Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across formats
- Utilize performance data to test creative variations and refine designs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UI and website concept design
- 4+ years of experience creating digital ad graphics and images
- Strong working skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in a video editing tool like Premiere or After Effects
- Comfortable using AI creative tools and prompt engineering daily
- Understanding of visual production basics such as lighting and composition
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-output creative environments
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant UI, ad, and video work
