VML, a global creative company within the WPP network, is hiring a CSC Consultant for its Noida office. As part of a structured Train-to-Deploy program, this full-time role focuses on Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager implementations. The team combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce to support leading global brands. A normal day for a CSC Consultant involves leading discovery workshops with clients, authoring business and functional requirement documents, configuring platform components, managing client relationships, and driving user adoption. Consultants also participate in internal enablement programs, complete certification tracks, shadow senior team members, and prepare to deploy onto live client projects within twenty to thirty days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to map current processes and translate business needs into configuration requirements.
• Author Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Configure and validate platform components such as queues, workflows, templates, and reporting under guidance during ramp-up.
• Manage relationships with business and technical client stakeholders, providing executive-level updates on rollouts and risks.
• Drive user adoption and change management activities including training sessions, Standard Operating Procedures, and go-live support.
• Participate in the internal enablement program by completing certifications and shadowing senior consultants.
• Identify and escalate technical and integration dependencies to technical leads.

Requirements

• Five plus years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Consultant, or in client-facing System Integrator or consulting delivery.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership and collaborate with peers.
• Strong analytical judgment to turn complex information into sound product and delivery decisions.
• Demonstrated requirements-gathering and workshop-facilitation experience with external clients.
• Strong written documentation skills including Standard Operating Procedures and design documents.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise Project and Work Management platform or an enterprise Content Management/Digital Asset Management platform.
• Working understanding of the marketing campaign and content lifecycle.

Good to have

• Exposure to REST or SOAP integrations, middleware, SQL, or Business Intelligence reporting tools.
• Change management or user-adoption experience on prior platform rollouts.
• Direct experience running or supporting a marketing campaign end-to-end.
• Project Management Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, ITIL, or similar process certifications.
• Prior Adobe solution exposure or agency and brand-side content operations background.
