As a Data Science Manager reporting to the Director of Data Science, Investment Analytics, you will help lead complex data science solutions, guide multi-capability presentations, and take ownership of advanced measurement and testing. A normal day typically includes analyzing data to uncover hidden trends, explaining and promoting data science methodologies, developing predictive models, collaborating with platform partners, and documenting analytics projects so that specific processes can be easily replicated and scaled across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to discover hidden trends and deliver insights with actionable recommendations.
• Promote and explain data science methodologies such as Geo-based Incrementality, Media Mix Models, and Causal Impact Studies.
• Develop and implement predictive models to improve media performance, customer experiences, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with platform partners to expand mathematical techniques like Incrementality Testing and Data Clean Rooms.
• Document analytics projects to ensure processes are easily replicated and scaled.

Requirements

• Programming proficiency in Python and SQL.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a data role.
• Proficiency in data visualization using Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of the marketing ecosystem and measurement framework across various channels.
• Experience analyzing media and web data from platforms like Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google ADH, and Meta.
• Familiarity with media measurement solutions like attribution models and media mix modelling.
• A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of machine learning concepts with hands-on experience as a bonus.
