As a Senior Learning Programme Manager at jellyfishcareers in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading, operating, and scaling a training and readiness programme supporting over 1,000 global resources for a major technology client. Reporting to the VP of Learning and partnering with a Learning Director, you will manage day-to-day operations independently. A normal day in this role involves handling end-to-end operational delivery across multiple workstreams, running onboarding experiences, facilitating cross-functional meetings, presenting updates to senior stakeholders, managing quarterly content governance, tracking programme health metrics, and resolving operational issues with vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery of the training and readiness programme across interdependent workstreams.
• Lead onboarding and readiness experiences to keep them consistent, high quality, and scalable.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and global forums, ensuring clear decisions and follow-through.
• Present regular program updates, insights, and risks to senior stakeholders and the Learning Director.
• Manage training refresh cycles and quarterly content governance to keep materials accurate and compliant.
• Monitor programme health metrics, spot trends, assess risks early, and escalate with recommendations.
• Act as the escalation point for operational issues and manage daily relationships with vendor partners.
• Partner on continuous improvement work including AI, automation, and process optimization pilots.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within training operations, enablement, program operations, or operational excellence.
• Proven ability to own a program end-to-end and make prioritization calls in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions without formal authority.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating operational and program-level risks.
• Demonstrated experience operationalizing processes using AI at a Claude, Copilot, or GPT interface.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex, parallel workstreams independently.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of turning data into clear insights and narratives.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English for senior stakeholders.
