Responsibilities
- Assess incoming data-related tickets for accuracy and clarity from go-to-market teams.
- Review and triage data validation tickets to appropriate lead analysts.
- Develop and maintain a prioritization framework to direct focus toward high-impact issues.
- Collaborate with lead analysts to systematically compare and align public and internal datasets.
- Participate in APAC sales calls to address data insights and gather product feedback.
- Support cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Analyst, and Data Science teams.
- Provide insights to improve internal data tools and customer experience.
- Monitor mobile app and advertising trends for prospective and current customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in advertising technology or a related field with mobile app advertising exposure.
- Hands-on experience working with the India market and Indian brands, including local channel mix, category spend volumes, and CPMs.
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and querying.
- Comfort working with customers and sales teams to explain data insights under time-sensitive conditions.
- Ability to research and synthesize industry benchmarks, market trends, and competitor data.
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting public financial statements.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and mobile marketing KPIs including impressions, CPM, CTR, and ROAS.
