Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain data quality standards and taxonomy frameworks
- Monitor dataset health and track quality metrics
- Investigate recurring data issues and perform root cause analysis
- Develop quality dashboards, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support automation and requirements
- Support complex customer escalations requiring domain expertise
- Drive cross-functional initiatives for content quality and scalability
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, content operations, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis and process improvement
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple teams
- Experience defining operational metrics, standards, and documentation
Good to have
- Experience in financial information services or related industries
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, AI workflows, or metadata management
