Yext, the enterprise agentic marketing platform, is seeking a Demo Engineer to join its team in Hyderabad, India. The company provides structured data solutions that help global brands and partners optimize their digital visibility across AI and traditional search. As a Demo Engineer in this mid-level role, you will be part of a globally connected team supporting internal partners such as Revenue, Client Services, Marketing, and Product. A normal day involves owning demo requests end-to-end, building and customizing demo environments, configuring Knowledge Graph data, and generating prospect-ready insights using platform tools. You will also collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives, maintain the team's demo library, manage your Jira queue, and contribute to reusable assets that empower enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Demo Engineering requests end-to-end from scoping to final handoff.
• Build and customize demo environments reflecting prospect use cases and platform capabilities.
• Manage Knowledge Graph data, connector and crawler configurations, and front-end customisations.
• Conduct and interpret Yext Scout Reports, Knowledge Scans, and Analytics outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Product teams.
• Maintain the Demo Library and manage Jira tickets with discipline and accuracy.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing in the SE Confluence hub.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in demo engineering, solutions engineering, pre-sales delivery, or a client-facing technical role.
• A degree or equivalent practical experience in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end customisations.
• Familiarity with using AI tools like LLMs and agents for demo build tasks.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital presence concepts.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to present ideas to internal stakeholders.
• A self-starting mindset capable of balancing multiple concurrent deliverables.

Good to have

• Direct experience with the Yext platform or a comparable AI search or listings management platform.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or broader front-end development concepts.
• Experience contributing to RFP responses or revenue-enabling deliverables.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues in a technical context.
