Riveron is hiring a Finance Operations Associate to support U.S. accounting and finance operations for global multinationals and high-growth private entities. In this role, you will assist with general ledger maintenance, month-end accruals, prepaid schedules, and financial reconciliations for U.S. entities. A normal day in this role involves executing month-end close processes, managing daily and monthly schedules, conducting bank and general ledger reconciliations, performing ledger scrutiny to resolve discrepancies, and preparing weekly cash flow forecasts. You will also coordinate deliverables across U.S. and India time zones by working evening shift hours to ensure seamless collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute financial close processes in Oracle NetSuite while maintaining general ledger hygiene.
• Maintain daily and monthly schedules for prepaids, fixed assets, and client retainer liabilities.
• Prepare monthly vendor, agency, contractor, legal, and employee-related accruals.
• Conduct bank, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts, daily bank data matching, and cost-center allocation schedules.
• Ensure strict accuracy and compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in U.S. accounting, general ledger maintenance, or finance operations.
• Possess an MBA in Finance, M.Com degree, or be a Semi-Qualified CA.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel including lookup formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliations.
• Experience working with a standard ERP system, specifically Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Solid understanding of core U.S. accounting concepts and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to work shift hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST to overlap with U.S. teams.

• Experience within a Global Capability Center or U.S.-focused corporate environment.
