Riveron is seeking a Manager - Salesforce QA to lead testing initiatives and build robust automation frameworks in Pune. In this role, your normal day will involve defining automation strategies, optimizing and executing automated regression suites for enterprise Salesforce ecosystems using Tricentis Tosca, and bridging business processes with technical execution. You will guide QA engineers, coordinate cross-functional Agile activities, map end-to-end business workflows, validate complex configurations across core Salesforce environments like Sales and Service Cloud, and integrate automation packs into CI/CD pipelines. Furthermore, you will track test results, manage defects, and provide transparent quality metrics to leadership while ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for Salesforce.
- Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks to a team of QA engineers within Agile environments.
- Map end-to-end business workflows and validate complex configurations across Salesforce clouds.
- Design detailed test strategies, test plans, and high-coverage automation scripts.
- Execute data-driven API automation and verify third-party system integrations.
- Integrate automated regression packs into modern CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Monitor test execution, log defects, and provide quality metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in QA Automation testing.
- 3-4 years of focused experience in enterprise Salesforce validation.
- Hands-on expertise using Tricentis Tosca for script creation and module design.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem mechanics and clouds.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile environments and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of backend structures including SQL or SOQL queries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
