Riveron is hiring an Associate Director - Enterprise Program Manager in Pune to lead complex technology initiatives and drive delivery excellence. In this leadership position, you will act as the crucial link between business and technology units, overseeing end-to-end tech programs from implementation to ongoing support. A typical day involves directing cross-functional delivery teams, managing financial performance including budgets and margins, guiding project planning, and mitigating risks. You will also lead governance meetings with client stakeholders, oversee service level agreements, and collaborate closely with leadership across sales, finance, and human resources to create meaningful business value and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology programs covering implementation, transformation, enhancement, and support.
• Oversee client stakeholders, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Handle financial performance, P&L, budgets, revenue, costs, margins, utilization, and forecasting.
• Drive project planning, delivery governance, resource management, and risk escalation handling.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technology groups to translate needs into solutions.
• Lead Agile delivery, release management, production support, and continuous enhancement.
• Manage SLAs, operational governance, KPIs, incidents, and service changes.
• Facilitate client steering committees, executive reviews, status reporting, and governance sessions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, application management, or client-facing leadership.
• Strong background in techno-functional and enterprise applications.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Direct experience handling P&L, financials, budgets, utilization, and forecasting.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, SDLC, release, incident, problem, and change management.
• Excellent communication, executive reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have

• Knowledge of enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Experience working in managed services or AMS environments.
