Riveron is hiring a Senior Associate for HighRadius Technical Implementation in the Order to Cash domain in India. Riveron partners with global multinationals and high-growth private entities to solve complex finance challenges through an entrepreneurial culture built on collaboration and accountability. In this role, you will support the implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications to deliver exceptional client outcomes. A normal day involves assisting in end-to-end project phases from design to go-live, supporting requirement gathering, performing functional configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting testing, handling issue tracking, preparing training materials, and maintaining implementation documentation and status reports to support client onboarding and user training activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across all project phases.
• Support requirement gathering, documentation, and mapping of business processes.
• Perform hands-on configuration of functional components according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, product teams, technical teams, and QA for smooth project execution.
• Conduct testing, validate configurations, and assist in issue tracking and resolution.
• Prepare training materials and support client onboarding and user training activities.
• Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, and status reports.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in implementation, functional analysis, or SaaS-related roles.
• Foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, and Payment Portal.
• Basic knowledge of O2C processes and business requirement mapping.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Education background in BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, or PGDM.

Good to have

• Certifications in HighRadius modules such as Cash Application, Collections, and EIPP.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
