The GTM & Strategy, Model API role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical problem-solving, and market intelligence. In this position, you will own API customer relationships from end to end, helping clients move rapidly from getting an API key to launching a working product. A typical day involves running live demonstrations, onboarding clients, debugging technical integrations, writing helpful scripts to unblock users, and gathering precise model feedback to share with internal engineering teams. You will also track market trends and competitive dynamics to help shape the GTM and product strategies, combining strong communication skills with deep technical curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end API customer relationships including onboarding and integration walkthroughs.
• Write scripts and build small demo apps to unblock customer integrations quickly.
• Handle technical problems directly rather than escalating them immediately.
• Relay precise model feedback such as translation failures or LLM issues to engineering and research teams.
• Surface market insights by mapping the competitive landscape and tracking customer projects.
• Close the loop with clients after bug fixes or model updates are shipped.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing tech role like customer success, solutions, pre-sales, or developer advocacy.
• Strong internship experience with proven impact counts toward the background.
• Ability to read API documentation fluently and write basic Python or JavaScript scripts.
• Capability to debug integrations independently without hand-holding.
• Excellent communication skills for confident demos and clear written correspondence.
• Genuine curiosity about how AI models work with the ability to characterize errors precisely.
• High organization and proactive habits to manage multiple threads without dropped tasks.

Good to have

• Familiarity with speech, LLM, or document processing APIs.
• Experience working closely with engineering or research teams.
• Background in turning customer complaints into reproducible bug reports.
• Past experience building a project or side build using an API.
