Responsibilities
- Build, support, and monitor applications within the Corporate Services application portfolio
- Build and maintain custom applications in the iPaaS platform to support workstream automation
- Manage and take responsibility for Authentication services, Collaboration Services, and iPaaS
- Develop IT Engineering best practices and policies for the organization
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures
- Respond to and lead IT responses for incidents
Requirements
- Experience in developing automations across core business platforms
- Ability to build and maintain custom applications in an iPaaS platform
- Familiarity with Authentication services such as Okta
- Experience working with Collaboration Services including GSuite, Slack, and Zoom
- Knowledge of iPaaS solutions like Workato and Fivetrans
- Capability to create IT engineering best practices and standard operating procedures
- Skill in leading IT responses for incidents
