This full-time role focuses on helping organizations unify and prepare data for analytics and AI by removing engineering bottlenecks. As the PLG Growth Manager, you own the entire customer journey from the moment a data practitioner signs up until they convert into a paying customer. A normal day involves overseeing the trial experience, managing lifecycle touchpoints, tracking activation metrics, and executing conversion plays. You will collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to turn the self-serve funnel into a predictable revenue generator. Rather than just reporting numbers, you will define success metrics, measure the funnel, and implement interventions to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from sign-up to becoming a paying customer.
- Manage and optimize the trial experience and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Track and improve activation metrics across the user base.
- Design and execute conversion plays for the self-serve funnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Sales teams.
- Define success criteria and instrument the funnel to measure performance accurately.
- Ship interventions and strategies to drive revenue growth through the self-serve channel.
