As a Product Designer at Envoy Global, you join a collaborative team to help turn user challenges and project goals into clear user journeys and practical design directions. A normal day in this role involves working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams across all phases, from initial problem framing to final execution. You will build rapid prototypes to test concepts, refine product experiences, maintain clickable product demos, and produce clear handoff materials for developers. This hands-on position allows you to apply your visual judgment, UX thinking, and prototyping skills to shape intuitive products that make the immigration process smoother and more transparent for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to frame user problems and clarify desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements into user journeys, task flows, and testable experiences.
• Build rapid prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted tools like Lovable.
• Explore multiple design approaches and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Maintain and update the clickable product demo and related demo scenarios.
• Produce clear development reference materials, annotated flows, and edge cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering during implementation to review working builds.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design.
• Portfolio showing the journey from user problems to prototypes and outcomes.
• Strong UX and product thinking to simplify complex workflows.
• Prototyping fluency in Figma and experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
• Strong visual judgment to create polished and credible prototypes and demos.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Comfort partnering with Engineering and producing development-ready references.
