As a Senior Paralegal, US Immigration based in Hyderabad, India, you will play a key role in processing US employment-based visa applications. A normal day in this full-time role involves communicating with clients to understand their US immigration needs, handling various visa types, maintaining accurate case records, monitoring USCIS updates, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will work closely with leads, technology QA, and development teams to enhance systems while ensuring high accuracy in application processing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and understand client US immigration requirements.
• Work across visa types including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1, dependent cases, and Green Card processes.
• Focus on improving accuracy while processing applications.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and immigration laws.
• Keep accurate case records and provide periodic updates.
• Monitor regular USCIS updates.
• Identify process and system improvement opportunities and collaborate with tech teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in processing end-to-end H1B and Green Card petition drafting and LCA preparation.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English grammar.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Strong client focus and a collaborative team approach.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience within employment-based immigration.

Good to have

• Experience in a large high volume law firm environment.
• Paralegal Certification from an accredited college or university.
• Degree from an accredited college or university.
