Sarvam AI is seeking a Product Manager for Media & Entertainment at Sarvam Studio in Bengaluru. Sarvam is developing India's full-stack sovereign AI platform, focusing on research, models, infrastructure, and applications to make AI work for India, supported by prominent investors. Sarvam Studio is the company's media platform featuring AI dubbing, live translation, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and audio generation. The chosen candidate will own the product roadmap for media and entertainment customers, defining workflows for broadcasters, OTT platforms, and content studios. A normal day involves constant interaction with studios and creators, translating media workflows into product specifications, shipping features weekly, establishing evaluation pipelines for AI-generated media quality, and analyzing how voice and media models behave in production settings to meet the demands of the media industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio product roadmap for media and entertainment customers from discovery to shipping and measuring outcomes
• Translate complex media workflows into product features including ingestion, dubbing pipelines, and human-in-the-loop review
• Define quality standards for AI-generated media such as voice quality, lip-sync, and translation fidelity
• Analyze AI system behaviors in production including model selection, pipeline design, latency, and cost budgets
• Collaborate with the GTM team on pricing, packaging, and positioning for media and creator segments
• Relay precise customer feedback regarding dubbing failures and audio artefacts internally to research teams
• Ship product updates every week and track the AI-in-media landscape for new opportunities

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of product management experience with real products shipped at scale
• Experience in media and entertainment, OTT and streaming platforms, broadcasters, studios, or media-tech companies
• Deep understanding of the content lifecycle across production, dubbing, packaging, and monetization
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI in content workflows such as voice synthesis and audio generation
• Strong data skills including writing SQL, setting up funnels, and defining success metrics
• Strong product thinking with the ability to structure vague problem spaces and ship v1 features
• High ownership and high agency with clear communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

• Shipped an AI-powered media product used by real customers in production
• Worked with media supply chain, playout, or content operations platforms for broadcast-grade standards
• Familiarity with evaluating broadcast-ready dubbing audio quality
• Experience with usage-based pricing and enterprise media contracts
• Built agents or AI workflows and formed opinions on implementation
