The Sr. Financial Analyst-Systems role involves managing, supporting, and optimizing key financial planning and accounting systems at Fictiv in Bengaluru, India. In this position, you will work closely with multiple finance and technical teams, collaborating across the organization to ensure smooth daily operations. A normal day in this role includes supporting financial tools, automating data retrieval tasks, assisting with recurring budgeting and forecasting, and troubleshooting system issues related to platforms like NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and Sigma. You will act as a bridge between finance and business applications, helping shape how these two functions work together while standardizing financial processes across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Support, plan, analyze, and deliver key financial tools while maintaining integrations with other systems.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep planning tools running with minimal downtime.
• Assist with recurring forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close activities.
• Automate data retrieval tasks by building reports and dashboards.
• Lead or participate in the development and implementation of new systems and reports.
• Assess and standardize financial processes across global regions and entities.
• Troubleshoot system issues that finance teams encounter with tools like NetSuite ERP and Salesforce.
• Interface with external software vendors and 3rd party partners for troubleshooting and resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a similar role operating at a senior level, preferably at a technology or manufacturing related business.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Required experience with implementation and management of financial planning systems such as Hyperion/ NSPB or Anaplan.
• Required experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP systems.
• Demonstrated track record of driving change in cross-functional financial systems and processes.
• Understanding of Financial Statements and Finance and Accounting principles.
• Skills in tools for efficiently querying large databases.

Good to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience with Salesforce, Odoo, and Sigma.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
