Sarvam AI is building India's full-stack sovereign AI platform, focusing on research, models, infrastructure, and applications to make AI work for the country. As a Solution Architect at Sarvam AI located in Delhi, you will act as the trusted technical advisor connecting client needs with what the company builds. Working closely with the sales and go-to-market teams, you will manage technical relationships with customer decision-makers throughout the pre-sales cycle. A normal day in this full-time role involves attending client meetings from day one, building tailored product demos, crafting proposals, running pilots, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. You will tackle challenges spanning voice AI, document intelligence, multilingual agents, and enterprise API platforms. This position suits individuals who can effortlessly transition from a technical discussion with an engineering lead to a business conversation with a CXO, ensuring every deal moves forward with technical clarity, precision, and strong momentum.

Responsibilities

• Own the pre-sales cycle from discovery and qualification to technical proposals and pilot design
• Build and deliver tailored product demos based on prospect industry, use case, and technical environment
• Collaborate with sales leads to create proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architecture documents
• Partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers and product teams to scope feasibility and pilot criteria
• Develop a deep understanding of Sarvam's full product stack including Samvaad, Studio, and Akshar
• Create reusable demos, case cards, and proposal templates to scale across accounts
• Communicate client feedback and feature gaps back to the product teams
• Support deal reviews and pipeline discussions with timelines and risk assessments

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical sales, or product-facing GTM roles
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical products in simple language
• Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML workflows
• Experience building proposals, presentation decks, or solution documents for enterprise buyers
• High attention to detail ensuring clean proposals and reliable demos
• Willingness to learn fast and deep-dive into Sarvam's product and technology stack

Good to have

• Prior exposure to AI/ML products, conversational AI, or language technology
• Experience working with Indian enterprise or government clients
• Familiarity with Indian language ecosystems and multilingual AI deployment challenges
• Background in consulting, business analysis, or solutions engineering
