In this role, you will act as a bridge between the product, marketing, and sales departments. Your primary focus will be transforming complex ad-tech features into clear and compelling stories that help sales teams close deals successfully. Working in this position involves creating essential sales and packaging materials tailored for advertisers, publishers, and agencies. A normal day entails partnering directly with sales professionals to identify messaging gaps, crafting persuasive pitch decks and one-pagers, utilizing AI tools in your daily workflow, and independently designing clean visual assets using platforms like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express to present the company's performance advertising technology in an irresistible way.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-converting pitch decks, one-pagers, and packaging materials for publishers, advertisers, and agencies.
• Partner closely with sales teams to understand market messaging needs and quickly close collateral gaps.
• Translate complex ad-tech functionality into clear, compelling buyer narratives that help win deals.
• Integrate AI workflows and modern design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express to independently create professional visual assets.
• Frame products around customer problems rather than feature lists through customer-centric storytelling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or closely related experience focusing on actual outcomes achieved.
• Demonstrated experience producing high-impact sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, or product packaging.
• Exceptional written English that is clear, concise, and persuasive.
• Strong eye for design with the ability to independently produce clean, professional visual assets using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
• Confident, practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents as part of daily workflow.
• Ability to frame products around customer problems rather than feature lists.
• Comfort working closely with sales teams to understand requirements and address collateral gaps quickly.

Good to have

• Experience in a B2B or SaaS ad-tech environment.
• Experience working across multiple geographies.
• Exposure to product launches and go-to-market planning.
• A portfolio showing writing and design samples.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or basic analytics platforms.
